Yes. Junction Print Lab sells to the trade only — print shops, embroiderers, sign shops, promotional products distributors and apparel brands. We ask for a resale certificate or business documentation before turning on pricing.
Every product prices itself as you configure it — no quote requests. DTF is $3.00 per square foot at any quantity, billed by the linear inch off a 22.5" roll. Banners are priced per square foot by material, rounded up to the next linear foot. Patches and stickers price by size with quantity breaks shown right on the page, and approved accounts see their negotiated tier automatically.
We ship straight to your customer with your company on the packing slip and return label. There is no Junction Print Lab branding on the box, the paperwork, or the invoice inside. It is included on every order at no charge.
Vector is ideal for patches and cut work. For DTF and full-color printing, a transparent PNG at 300 DPI at final size works well. We check every file for resolution, transparency and sizing before it goes into production and tell you if something needs fixing.
DTF ships the same day when your file is in before 12:00 PM ET. Between 12:01 and 2:30 PM you can add Super Rush for a flat $20 and still make today's truck; after 2:30 it goes out the next business day. Banners ordered before midnight ship the next day, and same-day rush is available until 1:00 PM ET for a 100% rush fee. Patches, stickers and signage run on longer production schedules — every product page shows its own cutoff and a live ship date, and the full schedule is on turnaround times.
Yes. Our sample pack includes DTF, UV DTF, leather and leatherette patches, sticker material and banner stock so you can put real product in front of your customer before you sell it.
